Records & health check
Full photographs, scan, X-rays and a gum assessment. Anything unhealthy is treated before the cosmetic plan starts.
Visit 1 · 90 minWhitening, aligners, bonding, veneers and crowns sequenced as one case rather than bought one at a time. Done properly it costs less than the sum of its parts, because nothing gets redone. Here are the ten closest practices that plan it that way.
Free to use. We're paid by verified practices, never by ranking position.
A makeover is judged on planning, not on any single treatment. We weight case volume, whether the practice publishes its own before-and-after gallery, and whether a trial smile is standard rather than an extra.
Your location is used to sort results and is never sold or shared with third parties.
Gum health first, because you cannot bond to inflamed tissue. Then position — aligners move teeth so the restorations can be thin. Then shade, because everything afterwards is matched to it. Only then does anything permanent happen. Practices that reverse that order end up removing more enamel than necessary and matching new porcelain to teeth that are about to change colour.
The timeline depends entirely on whether teeth need moving first. Everything before stage four is reversible.

Visit 1 · 90 minAligners to move teeth into position so the final restorations can be minimal. Skipped if you are already straight.
3 – 12 monthsTwo weeks of tray whitening, then a fortnight for the shade to stabilise before it is recorded.
4 weeksYour result modelled in 3D, then transferred temporarily into your mouth. You live with it for a day and ask for changes.
2 – 3 weeksBonding, veneers or crowns placed to the approved design, then a night guard made to protect it.
3 – 5 weeksSubmitted by listed practices, with the patient's written release and the fee they actually charged.
Eleven months of aligners first meant the veneers needed roughly half the enamel reduction originally quoted.
The entire complaint was shade plus worn edges. No veneers, no enamel removed, finished in five weeks.
An uneven gum line corrected first, then restorations placed to a design he approved twice.
Individual results vary with your diagnosis, anatomy and healing. Fees shown are what those specific patients paid at those specific practices and are not a quote. Photography on this page is licensed stock imagery, not photographs of the patients described.
Ranges below are the 25th–75th percentile of fees published by listed practices. Any dentist we match you with has agreed to give you a written quote before treatment.

A makeover quoted as a single number is harder to compare than the same case quoted per stage. Ask for whitening, alignment, each restoration and the night guard on separate lines — it also lets you stage the treatment across two insurance years where any of it is claimable.
Every component on a separate line. It is the only way two quotes ever become comparable, and every practice on this list has agreed to give you one before you pay a deposit.
Drag the sliders to your situation. Nothing is submitted anywhere — this runs entirely in your browser.
Estimates only. Actual approval, APR and term depend on the practice, the lender and your credit. Promotional 0% offers are usually deferred-interest products — if the balance is not cleared inside the promotional window, interest may be charged retroactively from the purchase date. Always read the credit agreement.
Three tiers of makeover. Most people need less than they walk in asking for, and a good dentist will say so.

None of this is marketing gloss — each one measurably changes how predictable your result is. Ask the practices you shortlist which of the four they actually have.
A practice that turns the monitor towards you and walks through what it is actually seeing is a practice that expects to be questioned.
Ask to see your own scanEvery fee on its own line, handed over before you pay a deposit. Every practice we list has agreed to provide one.

Contact usIt is not a defined treatment — it is a plan that sequences whatever your case needs. That usually means some combination of gum treatment, aligners, whitening, bonding, veneers and crowns, arranged so nothing has to be redone. Because it is not standardised, a single headline price tells you almost nothing. Ask for it broken into stages.
Because porcelain and composite cannot be whitened afterwards. Restorations are matched to whatever shade your natural teeth are on the day they are made. If you whiten later, everything artificial stays the old colour and the only remedy is remaking it. Whitening costs a few hundred dollars; remaking six veneers costs five figures.
Not if your teeth are already well positioned. But if they are crowded or rotated, moving them first means the veneers can be far thinner — often half the enamel reduction — and the result looks more natural because the porcelain is not compensating for position. The trade-off is three to twelve extra months. Most people who take that route tell us afterwards it was the right call.
That depends entirely on the plan. A whitening-and-bonding makeover removes essentially nothing. A veneer case removes 0.3 to 0.7mm from the front of each tooth. A full reconstruction removes considerably more. Ask for the reduction to be described in millimetres at the planning stage, and ask what the fallback is if a veneer ever fails.
It is the proposed design transferred temporarily onto your teeth — you can see it, photograph it, show people, and sleep on it before any preparation. It is the last point at which changes are free. Any practice that does not offer one for a multi-tooth case is asking you to approve a five-figure irreversible result from a screen mock-up.
Each component has its own life: whitening one to three years before a top-up, bonding four to eight, veneers and crowns ten to twenty. A night guard extends all of them meaningfully. Budget for the whole thing being refreshed rather than replaced — most people have a top-up and a polish long before anything needs remaking.
Only if it is designed that way. The three tells are excessive whiteness, uniform length across every tooth, and gums that have been trimmed to an unnaturally even line. Look at each practice's own gallery — not manufacturer marketing — for whether the front two teeth are slightly longer than their neighbours and whether the edges have any translucency.
Yes, and it is often the smarter route. Whitening and bonding first, live with it for a year, then decide whether veneers are still worth it. The one rule is that the plan should be designed as a whole from the start, so each stage is compatible with the next rather than something you have to undo.
Compare case volume, published pricing and each practice's own before-and-after work.
